In the gazebo amidst beautiful gardens or inside filled with rich Victorian atmosphere, The Stuart Avenue Inn is a place to have a fairy tale wedding.

Garden weddings include full use of the first floor of Bartlett-Upjohn House, off-street parking, inside restroom, changing room for Bridal Party and full use of the kitchen for caterer.

Inside ceremonies are limited to two hours and 50 people, but can include a catered reception.

There are a variety of opportunities and ways to plan your wedding events at the historic Stuart Avenue Inn. When you hold both your wedding and reception at the Stuart Avenue Inn, the bridal couple receives a complimentary night stay at the Inn . This can be used the night if your wedding or at a later date. Rates: Wedding: Standard site fee is $685.00* Reception: Standard site fee is $1,000.00* Wedding and reception: Standard site fee is $1,500.00. Rehearsal dinner: Standard site fee is $500.00 Bridal shower: Standard site fee $250.00-500.00* depending on size of party, help needed, etc. $250.00 deposit is required to secure site and refundable up to 30 days prior to event. Reserve all TEN rooms for $1,104.00, a savings which equates to TWO free rooms! *All rates are subject to change/increase with number of guests, extra help needed, etc.	The Stuart Avenue Inn is quickly becoming the preferred choice for the travel-weary businessperson.
