Our ingredients are fresh. Our yogurt, baked goods, egg dishes, hash and crepes are homemade and supplemented with breads and treats from our local bakeries, markets, and natural health stores when we know they do a better job. Our style is “old school” as in learned from our mothers, fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers – supplemented with a steady diet of Julia, Jacques, Graham, Ina, Martha, Melissa, Alton, America’s Test Kitchen, and of course – the Great British Baking Show. Our plates range from sweet to savory, from simple poached eggs on toast, to adventuresome Italian sausage, leek, apple and goat cheese crepes. With sufficient notice plates can be tailored to vegetarians, vegans, gluten free, and lactose intolerant.
